Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai transendental kepada peserta didik. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada bagaimana manajemen lembaga merencanakan program, menerapkan strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan lingkungan edukatif bernuansa spiritual, memperkuat sumber daya manusia, serta melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring karakter anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur dan analisis dokumen sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan integrasi nilai transendental, seperti religiusitas, moralitas, kejujuran, dan kepedulian sosial, sangat dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas manajerial, kompetensi guru, dukungan orang tua, kebijakan yang berpihak, serta ketersediaan sarana pendukung. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman manajerial, minimnya dukungan kebijakan, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan rendahnya kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai transendental dalam PAUD memerlukan sinergi antara seluruh pihak terkait, kurikulum yang kontekstual, strategi pembelajaran berbasis keteladanan dan pembiasaan, serta evaluasi yang terstandar dan berkelanjutan.
