Authors who publish with Alfikr: Journal of Islamic Studies agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Retention
   Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, distribute, and adapt the work — provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author and the source.

2. Author’s Rights
   Authors are permitted to distribute their published article (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or on their personal website) with proper acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

3. Co-Authorship
   If the article was jointly prepared by more than one author, each author agrees that all co-authors have given permission to submit the article for publication in Alfikr: Journal of Islamic Studies and agree to the terms of this copyright notice.

4. Warranty
   The author warrants that the article is original, does not infringe any copyright or other proprietary rights, and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
